What do you think is the best HD video camera (not DSLR) today for about $5000, that has the nicest cinematic quality picture?

I am new to HD, stepping up from SD (DVX100B) and trying to learn a very different landscape in HD, but the end result is for large screen documentary and Blu Ray, so I guess I'm looking for 1080p at 24 fps at a price between 4 - $6000 (not sure if a real full HD exists at that price). I'm working in FCP (on a quad core Mac Pro) and realize that especially with all the DSLR's out now, this question is further complicated, but after looking into them and needing to do an interview next week, right now, maybe a point shoot video camera w zoom, audio, panning... is what's needed (DSLR may make a great 2nd camera later). So, for that price, which HD video camera today do you think looks the best? I'd appreciate your help.

It seems to be that the choice is between the Canon XH A1, Sony NX5 or the Panasonic HMC 150 in the $4000 - $5000 range.

What's the best choice?

I'm looking for a new camera with a warranty and with the savings on that range of camera, could afford a Canon 7d as a B camera. Any suggestions?

I would say HMC-150. Coming from the DVX you'll love it.
