Heya,
Choosing lenses for my 7d, I shot stills as a photojournalist so I have a thing for fast glass but I like the shallow DoF look so take that into consideration.

Tokina 11-16mm f/2.8
Canon 35mm f/1.4L
Canon 50mm f/1.2L
Canon 85mm f/1.8
Canon 80-200 f/2.8
(I prefered this over the older 70-200's have they came on much in the last few years?)

Considering:

Nikon Glass:
Nikon 300mm f/2.8 ED (With Aperture ring)(Have but want to sell)
Nikon 105mm f/2

Canon Glass:
Canon 135mm f/2.0L
Canon 24mm f/1.4L

Or should I ditch all the Canons and get a full set of Zeiss ZF Primes?
I shoot photos aswell so the AF would be handy to have.

Feel free to be ruthless, its a major investment as I'm switching back over from Nikon which I changed to when the D3 came out. Video on SLR is new to me video on RED is not so I have some experience of shooting around still lenses on a video platform but not as intimatly as your guys.

Also what is the reccomennded F-mount adaptor for the 7d ATM?

What's there to critique? You're clearly picking great glass that'll last long-term. If anything, I question your choice of 80-200 over the 70-200 because it has IS (assuming you were going for that version). Over that kind of telephoto, IS comes in real handy.

You might want to wait a bit, or at least shorten your canon list - this post hints at a new line of lenses for Canon from Zeiss - probably similar to the .2 Nikon lenses:

Yeah lots of people saying that, Ive always found the 80-200 a much warmer piece of glass, Ill try both out again I suppose. I found the 70 gave quite a clinical coldness in the shots.

I was more looking for critique in terms of coverage, should I go wider in primes? Any gaps that people can see an issue with etc

A set of zeiss superspeed cinema primes from my local rental house includes 18 25 35 50 and 85. I would cover that range first. Also with no aperature rings on those canon primes, you will be limited using this glass in the long term on scarlet etc. You may want to get a few lenses for stills and primes for video. How about the EF-S 16-55 F2.8 $1000 (or the vc tamron with the same range for $500), and a 70-200 (whichever of the three that meets your needs and price) and possibly the tokina to do stills and video to start. Then spend the rest on ZF primes or hold out a bit and see what happens :)
