Contract Examples Needed

Aloha From Hawaii Everyone,

I am doing a shoot this weekend and I need a sample of contract for the client. WHAT I need is some verbage on contracts so client and I understand the circumstances. This sample should include verbage in case of cancellations, rain-outs, etc., etc.
