Does anyone know a good company or Lit Agency to submit a Sci-fi / Fantasy screenplay to.
It is rather difficult to find companies that are interested in looking at Sci-fi material.
Any suggestions you could offer would be greatly appreciated.
Many thanks ;

Hmmm.
Perhaps ROGER CORMANS company would take a look? *
That being said, it would be easier if you had a literary agent. *Have you thought of doing that instead? *An agnet's job would be to get your script out for you.
Check out the WGA website and go from there.

Thanks John
I have tried to find an agent and I've sent them synopsis' but there arn't many that are interested in Sci-fi screenplays.
So far I have had two Companies read the script and I received excellent feed back but I think the budget and scale of the movie turns them away.
I can best describe it as Matrix meets Lord of the Rings. It's actually closer to Anime/Manga but adapted for the big screen and to reach broader audiences.
Thanks again for your recommendation I will send out a synopsis to them.
I have recently joined DVXUSER and (as if you didn't know) it is a pretty Awsome website.
P.S If you know someone or hear of someone who is selling a used DVXa or ae (PAL), please let me know.

Keep your eyes peeled in the Marketplace as people are always looking to move a DVX. Also check Dvinfo.net for used gear

creative screenwriting and (s)cript magazine usually have listings of producers and agencies in the front or back detailing whether they take unsolicited material or not, and the genres that each likes to produce. look for lawrence kasdan and roland emerich and thier companies and associates. you might find some leads on scriptshark.com as well.
try playing 6 degrees of separation with producers and directors of sci flicks that you enjoy and one imdb.com, and you can sign up for the hollywood creative directory online for a few $ and find all sorts of info like that

Thanks Israel
I'll look into it, I really appreciate the advice
I have tried to locate ways of contacting or submitting to producers or directors but it's near impossible to find any contact details or their agents.

IMDB Pro has agent listings.
