Which HD hand held would you recommend?

I'm interested in purchasing a small Hand Held HD camera $1000.00 is my budget but I wanted to know which one do u recommend? I will be working with Final Cut and small projects with Imovie.
Second I want to know if there are cameras that are native 16:9 chips out there as opposed to the 4:3 native chip in the AGDVX100a.
