Sorry, this isn't AE related, more "motion graphics in general" related--

I got a demo of Motion at NAB, but I still have a few unanswered questions that I was hoping someone here may have the answers to:

1) Will it have any masking capabilities? They didn't show any at the demo, and I'm guessing it was because it doesn't have any.

2) They showed off the "behaviors" for moving an object, but they did not demonstrate an ability to CHANGE direction of an object. Will you be able to do this?

1)Yes, it's a point-based mask (pretty sure it has bezier controls as well)
2)Yes. *Actually, many of the behavior controls have sliders to change the direction or angle of movement. *I want to say that control over this is limited, but for the type of motion graphics that Motion is capable of producing, it pretty much does what would be needed.
