render settings, output module, pulldown?, field order, compressor, etc..

I'm working in FCP 4.1 w/ AE6.

Instructions for compositing 24P Standard in After Effects

1. Capture from DVX100 to Vegas Video
2. Trip clip and export as avi inserting 2-3 pulldown
3. Adjust composition setting in After Effects to 23.976
4. Import avi with inserted 2-3 pulldown into After Effects.
5. Go to "interpret footage" settings on imported footage and click guess 2-3 pulldown.
6. Render uncompressed avi w/ framerate 23.976.
7. Import rendered footage into Vegas. Adjust properties>pixel aspect ration from 1 to .9
