AFTER EFFECTS TO PHOTOSHOP

I've got an issue here that maybe somebody here can help me out with.

I've just shot some green screen material last week on the DVX, and it keyed out nicely. It's basically just a guy up against a green screen.

What I'm trying to do next is a little tricky, I'm trying to export the footage as a Photoshop Image Sequence. The problem I'm having is when I open up any of the images in Photoshop I'm also getting a black background. What I really want is to be able to have a Photoshop image sequence where it's just the guy and no background what so ever.

I've tried everything. If anybody knows how to do this could you please let me know. Thank you.

Can I ask what you're going to with it in photoshop?

You can render an image sequence with an alpha channel.
I'm curious as to why you'd want to take it into PS too.

In After effects render out sequence as a film strip film and you can import the file into photoshop and it is in sequence. I roto this way on large scale projects at work. ;D
