Is there a hard drive that goes in Express card slot?

Looking at alternatives to P2 recording - recording via laptop...

Is there a (fast) hard drive (solid state or otherwise) that simply plugs into the Expresscard slot on laptops??

you dont need anything special. you can record out to firewire800 (or a variety of other connection types) just fine. i record out to firewire800 from adobe onlocation with a macbook pro all the time.

but i wouldnt call shooting to a laptop a "P2 alternative" it works fine if youre in a controlled location and or on a tripod. but in NO OTHER SITUATION would i suggest it
