i'm looking for an express card adapter who can give me some firewire ports on my pc laptop.

I want to be able to record footage with Adobe OnLocation.

There is so many adapter on the market and I'm confused...
Should i take a firewire 400 or a 800.

i found this two one:

ADS 1394a 400Mbs (http://www.amazon.com/ADS-Pyro-1394a-port-ExpressCard/dp/B00006L4Y7)

ADS 1394b 800Mbs (http://www.amazon.com/ADS-1394b-2-Port-Express-Card/dp/B000VEHQ5C/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&s=electronics&qid=1262377682&sr=1-1)

Which one should i choose ...?

these one are from ADS but i know that Startech got some too.

i forgot to tell that i'm window 7.

You only need FW400; no camera has FW800 on it (that I know of).
