This is a little diffrent video from what I usually do. Maybe it doesn't fit this section, but technically it does!
Everything is drawn on a paper. Then photographed with a nikon d90 ;)
after that I used photoshop to cut the figures out and adjust the black/white levels.
After that I used the photoshop files in After effects to animate all the pictures.
