Urgent help!!!

For the last 4 years i've been using a DVX100B for work. I love it. I basically do documentaries and occasionally commercials for a small TV network in northern Spain.
My DVX is dead. I need another camera URGENTLY.
Right now I have a very small budget. Perhaps next year i can afford a better camera, for now, I need something that i can film with that i can broadcast on TV.
Dont care for HD becuase its a small Tv network dont air HD. At least 3CDD i'd imagine.
Just something that can deliver with at least similar image quality than the DVX
Please help!
Second hand is also an option!

What about a used DVX? You're not going to get similar image quality that is not HD and is also not as expensive. And you didn't tell us exactly what your small budget means.

Cant find cheap DVX's in Spain, not even second hand ones

A Canon HV30 is over that, but you I'm not willing to suggest much less to replace a DVX100, which is a pretty high end camera.

Repair is your best option if possible, of course.
