View Full Version : Lowe's Plant Cart ---> Doorway Dolly
I was at Lowe's with the wife this weekend picking up a bunch of plants to landscape with... (unneeded info...).
ANYWAY, in their garden section, the carts you use to load up, would make a PERFECT doorway dolly with a few tiny mods. They're already pretty much ready to go. They have castors, so they would need to be swapped with pneumatic tires, but they have a big swiveling pull handle, metal frame, low to the ground, etc. Go check them out if you have a Lowe's nearby.
In wonder if anyone knows anyone that could get ahold of an old one from there... ?

yeah, that was my little brainchild, but you can find those steel mesh carts for as low as 30.00. i cant for the life of me find the site that had them at 30.00, but i have found about 49.00 or so alot. i have to keep looking for 30.00 sites it was one of those "mega supre sale blowout" places.. you know the ones..where they rent out some big expo center in the city, and have commercials like "SUNDAY SUNDAY SUNDAY!! 3 DAYS ONLY .. LEVI JEANS FOR ONLY 10.00. ECT.".. ill have to keep looking for it so i can keep my reputation , and own sanity in check. :) .. maybe theyll send me the magazine again? .. who knows. i went to the sit from seeing it in their magazine flyer thingy.

lol.. my wife is buying a second massage chair for her business, @ about 400.00 and i promised her she could get it out out of her next two checks from one of her massage businesses, but then i realize that i need to get some additional equipment, and all i can do is be glad that shes happy, and content, and that i get to sit in the chair for massages without paying anything :) such is life.. imho we men tend to be too selfish anyway most of the time.(yes ...i will admit that fact out loud) and its good that we trap ourselves with our own stupidity, otherwise our wives and children might realize that we are so selfish, make us actually realize that their affections, and smile are worth far more than any equipment.
The one I was referring too wasn't for sale.. it was the "Lowes" plant cart, that you use when shopping there to load up your plants... kinda like a shopping cart for plants. I doubt they'd sell em, but I'm going to ask! :)
