Hi
I have a problem with WIN 7 (homepremium). As known some of the drivers don't come with the package. Had problem even with SC card slot, but it was solved via download from ACERS (I have travelmate 7720g) site. P2 remained, and at Panasonics site I could find and download only VISTA64 bit P2 driver. Unfortunately it didn't make P2's readable. ACER do "peep" when inserting the P2 to pmcia slot (I don't have the expresscard adapter yet). But nothing shows up in filemanager or P2 viewer. Weird is that I got the P2 viewer to work earlier though, but it simply disappeared! I made the full installation, so it was a complete fresh start.

I am lost!

When checking the status in control panel, the P2 shows up as a unknown massmedia, but the automated search from web can't get it fixed.

Thanks to your comment "win7 is a mess" - I tried to work around this once again. I installed also P2 32 it driver, installed it - didn't work. Then I changed again to 64 bit version of Panas P2 driver and it worked!

Don't even know why this "once over loop" finally did the thing....

Pana-rep just announced that there will be a downloadable P2 W7 driver by 18th dec.
