Well this is slick. You have done a terrific job here. This shows that for some things the Nikons are the best thing for the job, not the only thing you might have for the job. It helps that you create the illusion for those looking of using a camera with absolutely no limitations. Who is your editor? Nice work there too.

Simply amazing.

Anyway you could give us a detailed breakdown of everything you did?

I am saddened and depressed that i have hte same camera and cant replicate these results. :(

Slider work was really top notch, great shots there. What was your lighting setup? Any setup shots, so we can see wehre the lights were? What kinda color correction?

Once again i am stupified by your stuff.

well done.

thank you boys.
for lights we mainly used light rings and 2 soft boxed 750's.
since it is was mainly outdoor a lot of it was just no lights apart for some bouncing.
Shot with Nikon 50 1.4, 135_2.8 , some 28 mm and 10mm on Sigmas.
Hand held staff on a Red Rock brace.
All post done on CS3 suite plus some plugins and a bit of passion :)
This was a quick project meant to accentuate their EP release.

Thanks again for the feedback !

It is a 10mm during that sequence so such movement was possible with acceptable jello. It was hand held shaken... imagine you are holding a steering wheel of a race care kinda thing with quick clockwise and counter clockwise movements.

I use different cranes, it changes with projects.
No cranes on this one though:).

Happy Holidays.

Really nice! Anything that makes me think about head and DSLR filmmaking at the same time is a definite winner :D.

Wow. I can't believe this came from a D90. The movement is unreal. The colors are brilliant. Any insight onto your color correcting process or any references to where I can learn more would be greatly appreciated.

Also...

Is it possible for you to link to such a system? I'm interested in getting vdslr soon but one of my main drawbacks is overly shaky handheld footage with such a small camera body.
