I'm 15, and I've been told that it has a neutral look to it, to which i can portray a comedic character, dramatic, etc.
thanks.

It'a a nice pose and a nice expression, which will always carry the day.
Technically, IMHO, I think there's too much skin softening, and the exposures in the skin and B/G should be brought down with curves.
But I like the flat light in this case, which doesn't always work.

It sort of depend upon your market. It will not cut it in NY or LA. It looks like a snapshot. If you are serious see a professional photog. The lighting is flat and you look awkward. Your hands are cut off, either in or out.
I have a 15 year old too. You can do better.

Too smooth and processed looking for what it is. No shadows. Shadows add depth.
It's fine, but not as good as it could be. Certainly not if you intend to use it to market yourself.

Yeah, i guess your all right.
The thing is, i already made like 100 professional copies, & i sent out about 17 (along with my resume/cover letter).
If i get professional ones taken, could i still put this photo in with another one? so they don't go to waste. I mean there's nothing else i can think of where i could use my current headshot.
You can definitely keep them to use when you don't have any but it would be better to have another one less plain. I would advice not to send both because if one photo gives a bad impression it doesn't do you any good.
Having said that, keep the pictures you will find a way to use them (distribute thme to networking events so that people remember you)
