Anyone try these two lenses on a 7D and notice any big differences? I already own the Nikon and love it. But the Canon is quite nice too.

Well, the big difference is with functionality. If you take a lot of stills, then autofocus might be important, in which case the Canon might be the better choice.

If you have a Nikon body go with the Nikon and vice verse. They are both good.
