What would be the best frame rate to shoot 720 60p?
Umm....60p perhaps?

Did you mean frame rate or shutter speed?

I ment to say shutter speed, sorry mental block here at work, all my 60p footage looks nice and has that 60p look but not as good as I have seen from other people shooting 720 60p from the HVX. Maybe my scene files settings are off?

Depends on what you're going for, but try 1/60 and experiment from there.
