Hi, sorry if this is a basic question, I am new to GH1, and just got installed the 20mm f/1.7 lens, and I've noticed the lens is continuously doing AF as I move the camera to a different subject, exposure is set yo iA (auto mode), what I have to do, to disable this and have AF only when I press the shutter ?, thanks

Change the autofocus dial to AFS.

The camera uses PRE AF, when in iA mode (page 3, of the Custom Tools menu - it's not available to edit in iA mode, but is available in P mode). In PRE AF mode, the camera pre-focuses, so that it is not necessary to press the shutter button. There are two PRE AF modes: Q-AF for quick pre-focus, and C-AF for continuous pre-focus. Again, you don't actually have any control over the setting when in iA mode, so I don't know which is the default.

I tested this with the kit lens, and it does the same thing.
