how much is this camera worth?

I just bought an hvx200 with (2) 16gb ps cards and the camera has 350 hours of operation on it. does anyone know how much this camera is worth?

its kinda a weird deal. I thought i was buying the 200A but when I got it, it was the 200. its in perfect condition and i guess the p2 cards are brand new. I paid $3,600 for it. I really wanted the 200A but I don't know if I should just keep it or send it back or if I'm just being spoiled. what do you guys think?

IF the features on the "a" version are a must then I'd say reconsider it. But With all the hassle of sending it back, restocking, etc. It's up to you. Sounds like you got a good deal regardless.

Yeah good call. I'm just making a bunch of short films for fun so I don't really need the "a" for any reason. I think I'm just gonna keep it. thanks a lot for all your help

I have a 200a and two original 200s and we shoot side by side all the time. Have for 18 months now. Hardly a discernable difference. The 200a is a bit more sensitive (less noise prone in lower light)...about a stop more, but if you're going to shoot in controlled lighting situations...(pretty much mandatory for my 200a too:)), don't worry about it. You got a sweet camera with under 400 hours on it...and 1500 bucks worth of media...go shoot! Don't look back! (Or, if misrepresented from the seller....see if he/she will send you a few hundred bux back!)
