I've logged in via the Monsterfest index page, but don't know how I'm supposed to rate the films.

There should be a row of grey stars off to your right. You pick how many (out of ten) that you want to rate the entry. There is an additional log in on this page.

Not for me, and I'm pretty certain I'm above the required 50-post count. I had the same problem during the last fest as well.

Yes, I don't see the 1-10 stars voting either, I don't have 50+ posts but I have an entry so I should be able to vote right? :)
