Hello everyone! Iím excited to announce the release of the first Sybil Ludington teaser trailer. The first full length feature film shot entirely on an HDSLR camera (Canon 5D Mark II). It can be seen at the following links:

Wow nicely shot. Good cast as well, it all works well on so many levels.

Particularly like the lighting, but also the props, locations... pretty much everything has been given a lot of thought.

If I was to suggest anything, I'd even go so far as roughing it all up a bit.

Thanks for the comments guys! I will look into that "roughing it up" :)

The bluish shot of Sybil on horseback - classic grade! Love all the pastel tones in that, especially the warm creamy browns in the darks -
Nice work man!!

I too really loved the lighting. Framing was excellent but i found the acting to be very soap opera style. Realistic but not naturalistic. And a nice 24p conversion would really bring this up a notch me thinks.

Thanks for the comments. This was an all volunteer production from all cast and crew members to even the writer and director. The actors are all students and this is their first project. So this was a first for everyone involved.

I'm been hashing over a 24p conversion but don't really know how to go about it at this point. The film is edited completely. Is a post-edit conversion of the entire film possible?
