Hey,
So in order to balance the book I'm selling some old electronic equipment - old dslr's, music gear etc.
I'm also thinking of selling my DVX100A (UK/PAL) and Manfrotto 745B tripod (701RC2 head).
I was wondering, and I ask the experienced heads here, is it wise to sell gear you don't use or should one keep it for 'backup'/rainy day situations.
My current camera setup is - EX1/Letus, D90, DVX100A - and soon prob 5d mark ii (seems to be winning over the 7D at the mo). I also have a Miller DS20 Solo tripod.
I've not used the DVX in over a year and not used the Manfrotto for much longer.
I've kept hold of them in case the EX1 failed, but tbh I think it'd be easier to rent another Ex1 if I had problems, they're reasonably priced to rent for a day now.
Can the experienced heads give some advice here, at the moment they're collecting dust and have been for a while.
Cheers
