What's the best and cheapest, least equipment-heavy way of doing what Karen does in her cinematography reel? (Which by the way is damn impressive)

Some of these camera movements are amazing. Camera through the grass at 0:20 and tracking shots at 0:33
Is the only option to lug around dolly rails?
Or is there a more gorilla way to do it?
