I really need some lights to replace my ikea setup (lol)

are these decent? I know they are meant for photography, but they are balanced for indoor light, they should work ok for video to correct?

Being 5500K, they are balanced for daylight. A very important factor, especially with the CF tubes, is the CRI factor. If it exceeds 82, you are in decent company.

My concern would be the amount of light they put out. I wouldn't expect much. (Although they may well be good enough for your needs)
