Autofocus on the 7D and Canon lenses

Probably a noob question...but I'm a Nikon guy, and I'm coming from the D40 and D60 which for many lenses - autofocus does not work on those cameras, you have to use a specific lens with an internal motor.

Is there anything like this with Canon cameras, and specifically the 7D? Or will all lenses autofocus (that have autofocus as a feature) on this camera?

All lenses (first-party or third-party) designed for the Canon EF or EF-S mount will autofocus. However, the camera will not autofocus continuously while recording video.
