"When the professional turns amateur"? Isn't it usually the other way around?

Heh heh... I have one of those. On Sundays, I put on a suit and walk around the courtyard with it. :)

I can't help but think that, with just a minimum of care in storage, I bet that the footage of those "Youngin's" would still look great today. That and the fact that you can still buy film stock and processing for the Filmo kinda really puts into perspective some of the ranting and raving about the ones and zero crunching cameras that are debated on this forum. I just clicked out of a thread where a poster said that the "HVX-200" was great in, "...Its day", then into this thread.... I think that is called "Discussion Board Synchronicity" .

I literally have that camera sitting in my office today - shot my first films as a kid with it! The film is double sided (after 25', you flip it over and shoot another 25'). The lab would process it and then split the film down the middle. All rolls then included 1 splice in the middle where both sides of the film were glued back together.
