I got my 7D a few days ago and recently got a proper workflow in order that uses the full dynamic range.
I figured the world needs more meaningless garden shots, so I took the camera outside and intentionally whipped it around with my tripod as support to see how well it works for run n' gun. There are also some locked down shots in there.
You will find that I need a microphone not so close to the camera or a new lens with silent focus and zoom. :)
