HELP! FCP rendering for Adobe PC editing

Hey all, I am working on a Norwegian documentary and we've got 108050i footage in FCP edited and ready for color correction on my PC in After FX and Adobe Premiere pro! unfortunately, no file-types we render out of FCP import to adobe AT ALL!?!!! Any suggestions!??? we have about a week to finish editing before it goes to some TV stations!!! HELP! we tried mp4 but it wont maintain aspect ratio, when we play back on PC it's 4x3!!!??!?!?

From which camera? In general these two apps are not interchangeable.

sony z1u. my issue is nothing i output will identify in my PC... only mp4 and it looks poor and its 4:3
