Here is a video piece for the on-line version of a newspaper article:

http://vimeo.com/6791061

Shot with PAL GH1, kit lens, polarizer, monopod, edited in Final Cut Pro.
Because the delivery was for on-line and fast/easy editing workflow, I choose to shot in MPEG 720p.
Not for pixel peeping, but appropiate for the intended distribution format.

Thank you for your comments.

Regarding the stills, they were done with a Canon EOS 1D3, 16-35mm f2.8L

Thanks for posting this. Nice job. Did you use GH1 audio?

Thank you .

The audio was recorded with the camera mic. I used Soundtrack Pro to clean up the noise a little bit and to create the wave like 'sound byte' I used to introduce the stills.

Apart from a Zoom h4n which I would love to get, I am thinking to get a Rode video mic or something like that to improve the recording quality, AGC permitting.

You should really check out Izotope. It has amazing audio clean-up tools, the one I'm thinking of would cut your background noise pretty much as much as you want to. It sounds pretty good as is right now though, very interesting subject.
