Freeze frame images in Final cut video

Does anyone take freeze frame images from final cut and use them on the timeline as photo montage and notice they shake or buzz when playing video on dvd player?

Anyone who experience that and can help me fix that would be great.

Use the de-interlace filter on the stills.
