5D II vs 7D

Hey guys,

Tomorrow my 7D is coming in from Norman Camera. I also still have a 5D II.

As part of some tests Im going to be comparing the following

1. Both cameras shooting a fake cat on greenscreen and brought into AE to test out the quality of the bit rate and keying.

2. Shooting some very underexposed footage and pushing it using AE.

3. Shooting a test pattern or focus card at various ISO levels to determine the noise difference.

4. Shooting a low light scene to again test the noise patterns.

I will post some of the files online.

Anything else you'd like me to try out?

A moire / aliasing test on that test card would be interesting, cheers

when you test for low light test with the 7D @ f/2.8 and the MKII @ f/5.6 and both set to the same ISO and shutter speed, this will show the low light ability with a comparable depth of field.
