Can anyone point me to a good nikon lens adapter for the 7d? Also are there different adapters for different canon lenses also? I am completely new to Canons as far as cameras and glass so any help would be good. I have a good nikon that I would like to try with the 7d when I get it and I would like to know for future lenses I will pick up.

$271???

Yeeeeouucchh. Does it toast pop-tarts and deliver pizzas too?

We're talking about a simple metal ring here. Ebay's got 'em for $1.99... and I'm sure a $2 adapter is junk, but ... still... what on earth does this Novoflex adapter do that makes it so expensive?

Yeah Barry. If it made pizzas I would think about it. I checked ebay and I didn't see any under a quick "7d adapter" search. I could have sworn a few days ago I did the same search and there were a few under 5 bucks but now I see nothing.

Try the Fotodiox ebay store. They have most lens adapters for Canon bodies.

i work at a news paper that shoots almost 100% canon but we have a lot of left over nikon glass. we use these: http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=390087416925&ssPageName=STRK:MEWNX:IT

$18 and free shipping. grab a couple of them.

Since tony made this an "adapterS" thread (thanks, good idea):

How 'bout a good Contax to Canon? I am almost certain I am picking up an 85mm f/1.4.

The Kindai adapters are probably the best ones you could get but they cost quite a bit ($175)...

Hey Michael. Where can I find those?

It would come down to about $100 or a little more savings over the ZF, and you gain the aperture ring. Or you could go Nikon mount, but then you would also need to pay for that adapter. So I suppose a good COntax 85mm would be a good way to go.

Yeah J, I guess you did beat me to it. I did't see that thread. At least this can be a good all around posting spot for any adapter like USLATIN mentioned.

I have a 7D and I just came across a lot of mom's old Sears KS lenses. I'm interested in experimenting with them; is there an adapter I can get for them?
