This is a montage Ive been editing over the past couple of days of my friend doing some mountainbiking, shot at 720 60p and color corrected in Apple Color.

Great video! Can you tell me the best way to export hd and prepare for upload to the web. How are you doing it, it looks fantastic. I am also on a mac.

Hey,

I exported with compressor, using these settings.

Compressor: H.264
Framerate: 30fps
Key Frames: Every 30 frames
Frame Reordering: On
Encoding: Multi Pass
Data rate: Restrict to 10000kbits per second and optimized for download
