I am going to be doing a wedding video. I know I need to get rights or permission to use popular music. ie blackeye peas' I got a feeling.
Where would I purchase that?

Ouch- good luck start with a google for music licensing service. But a song as popular as that could be 5-6 figures. I'd suggest sticking with library music or unsigned indie bands.

Forget about it man...just try library stuff. This is my new favorite site, cheap, good quality tracks--

I do digitaljuice.com stack traxx 5 pack for 79.99 or something. The music is synthy but it gets the job done.
If you want something with lyrics or something like a cover.. good luck. It's a wedding video.. Whose going to rat you out?
