Settings change after turning HVX200 off

I have 4 HVX200's. I have matched all settings shooting 720/30p

When I turn three of the cameras off then back on they show 24p instead of 30p as the frame rate. While one camera keeps the 30. Can't figure out why this is happening. I tried setting Frame Rate to DEFAULT in the 720/30p mode but still reverts back to 24 after an off/on.

Any changes you make to the scene files will be lost when you turn the power off. That's why you have to save your scene files before turning it off.

I'm sure I will slap myself on the forehead and say 'oh yea' but where is the option to save the scene file. (Not in front of cams at the moment).
