ntsc and pal in same cam

Hi all, I was just having a look at the dpreview.com site and saw the frame grabs of the menu, showing frame rate options.

only 24p, and 30p, are show, obviously a ntsc model. so the 7D is not a universal cam then. or is ntsc and pal selectable in an other menu?

I am under the impression it is switchable between pal and ntsc...
