GH1 Settings help

Hello,

Okay so I finally broke down and went and picked a GH1 up... they aren't that hard to find here in Vancouver... and I now have 15 days before I can no longer return it for a full refund... :)

Anyway, I've been playing around with the cam and I think I pretty much have it figured out (what the buttons do I mean) and I was just wondering what others are using for setting the brightness, contracts, etc... in the "film mode" menu?

I'm going to be using the cam for short film projects.

Also, I haven't done really any low light filming, but I notice that the image is quite noisy here in my living room with only the room lights. Any tips on night shoots?

Id be interested in this as well, especially what settings people have used to get the most latitude.

The consensus seems to be to start from a standard template, chuck everything down to -2 except for Noise Reduction (at 0) and Sharpness at +2.
