For the Body-Only-
From what I've seen, it looks like there's no memory card included? But-
Battery and charger is included?
Will my 4 year old CF cards work in it?

pretty sure you need 30 mb/s cards to work with it for video, maybe 45s not exactly sure. i have 45 mb/s cards just in case.

Make sure we remember that we need around 50 megaBITS per second not 50 megaBYTES

Battery and charger will certainly be included. I suggest you take a look at page 3 of the 5DMKII user manual (http://www.usa.canon.com/consumer/controller?act=ModelInfoAct&tabact=DownloadDetailTabAct&fcategoryid=314&modelid=17662) to see what to expect for the 7D.
UPDATE: Just look here (http://www.usa.canon.com/consumer/controller?act=ModelInfoAct&fcategoryid=139&modelid=19356#BoxContentsAct) :)
I suggest you also buy the Canon RC-1 IR remote as it allows to start and stop video or to shoot pictures without touching the camera.
Your 4 year old CF cards will most probably be too slow to keep up storing video. Canon recommends CF cards with UDMA interface. Even if the card has to only store about 6 Megabytes/s I would follow their recommentation for a troublefree live.

Didn't you just get rid of the D90 to get a GH1? ...now, in following the pattern, you have to get a 5DII BEFORE getting the 7D!
