Happy shopping.
Yet another soon to be 7D owner. ;-)

Selling the GH1 for a 7D? Ha ha ha ha ha ha ha.
I guess the guy has his reasons, but I can't tell you how far away from selling my personal GH1 I am right now. Each to their own I suppose, but it does strike me as a bit silly, and a bit lacking in imagination?

Why would anybody want to buy somebody else's GH1 at this point is beyond me. I've been waiting for mine with no luck now comes another choice. One that seems so far like an excellent one. Panasonic might reduce the price if they don't fix the shortcomings of the GH1 in the not so distant future. So again, why would I buy somebody else's GH1 at this point?

I'd be more than happy to take a GH1 off someone's hands for $1100. Maybe more if lenses, extra batteries, and SD cards were thrown in.

it seems last week people were paying msrp + a premium to buy gh1's from people, now that the 7D is getting so much attention the price folks are willing to pay is going to drop fast. especially since panasonic is slowly but surely getting more in stock. im gonna hold out for a while and let canon and panasonic out-do each other until these vdslrs get cheaper and perform better (not to say that they don't perform amazingly already).
