View Full Version : Can Avid Import EX1 footage, if so??

I have a very small cable network that runs Avids on PC workstations, they want some of my EX-1 footage, whats the best way for them to import the footage, can they use the BPAV or do I need to convert to another format? If it matters I shot the footage in 24p, both 1080 and 720. Thanks

Alternately, you can export your files as Avid DNxHD files and they will fast import into Avid.

I know how old this tread is, but just wanted to update it. For anyone doing this now and doesn't know, use Avid's link to AMA feature, and point it at the actual card, or a copy of the entire card structure that has been moved to hard drive. This workflow is faster than anything else out there right now.
