View Full Version : Sensor Noise (green dots) on Low Light, Long Exposure Photos

Okay, so this isn't video related... but still rather frustrating. If you look in the darkened area of this photo, there are green dots everywhere. Anyone else seeing this?

i had these dots pop up before but not in the raw image... it was very strange. i edited the rw2 file in photoshop and never saw these dots, then upon exporting they appear, and I can't get them to go away no matter what during export!

Hot sensor leading to hot-pixels. Shut it off, let it cool down. Turn on dark frame subtraction for long exposures.

yeah I've seen that on long exposures.
