Anyone purchased one or know if these have been released and are on the market
yet?

The 64gb A (or R or whatever) series cards are out in the market, they're around $2,500. The new "E" Series P2 cards have not been released in 64gb yet. They claimed early September, but we'll see when Panasonic actually ships them out.
Those will retail around $1000

Actually the A Series cards have been out for sometime. I saw a post where
one of the members said the E-Series 64Gb cards are shipping.
Anyone actually purchased an E-Series 64Gb card and if so, where from?

I'm sorry I made this post with very little sleep. Yes the E series cards are out, at EVS we're pretty much permanently sold out of the 16gb and 32gb versions (hours within arrival of shipment due to back orders and people who rush to the store when they hear the cards are here).
I meant to say Panasonic said August for the 64gb cards but I personally believe we wont see them until early September. Even if they do arrive tomorrow to our store, I see the 25th of August as closer to early September than early August. I'll see what the boss says about the latest shipment from Japan when I get to the store, but to the best of my knowledge (and I haven't followed this too closely to be honest) we're looking at at least another week before we have them in store.
Even then the E series 32gb started shipping in July? (I forget) and we still have not been able to stabilize supply, so I'd give it until mid September before demand stabilizes on the 64gb.

You may be right David.
Thought placing an order got you a place in line.
Maybe not, eh?

I've asked to be notified when they are in stock from B & H as well. Didn't see anyplace
to pre-order them. Although I've heard other dealers like Spec. Com, EVS and
Able Cine Tech are.

Yeah. I think what I'm gonna do is just wait until I'm notified via email and then order one ASAP so I get high up on the list.

We've got them in Australia. Picked up two 64GB cards last week and used them on a shoot on the weekend. Worked a treat! We were able to shoot six bands with two cameras (in DVCPro format) with room to spare. Now I can finally say goodbye to tapes, Yay!

Not fair!
You're gettin' 'em first 'cause of the time difference, I reckon.
Maybe you can smuggle a couple to Canada, Egg.
I'll buy a 'roo and you know what to do, mate.
Stuff 'em in the pouch, eh?
Mail him off in a crate to Toronto.
