Howdy

So Sony seems to have made the 32 gig SxS cards "unavailable" at B&H while they bring back the 16 gig cards at a better price than before. The thing is I want the 32 gig cards.

Has anyone had any experience with this company? http://www.media-solutions.us/ProductDetails.asp?ProductCode=SBP-32

Media Solutions. They have a 819.00 price on the 32 giggers, but it looks like it could be one of those nightmare sites that run you around and take your money. No info on the Better Business Bureau site.

If anyone knows a reputable dealer selling 32 gig SxS for under 900.00 I could sure use the info right now.

Thanks

that doesn't look like a Brooklyn bait and switch operation to me... if you notice at the top of the page they seem to have offices in oregon and so cal. why don't you call them and see if they give you the runaround or just want to do business.. not much risk if using a credit card.

I'll have my boss buy the cards through them and see what happens. 819.00 is a good price.

Thanks adolgin, but I already have the Hoodman SxSxSDHC Turnkey kit. (http://www.hoodmanusa.com/prodinfo.asp?number=RAW-SXSXSDHC+KIT) It is nice, but I am uncomfortable using these adapters for important jobs. I like to go into overcranking mode, and I have a habit of forgetting to switch back to my SxS card first, then I get a card error and a small heart attack. I have not lost any footage yet, but you know, I just want to have the card designed for the camera with the speed and reliability that comes with it. I can't risk it with paying clients that I am doing a live show with, or a seminar. If I lose anything, there is no second takes.
