I'm trying to create and model a toon bird (between other stuff).
I have NO idea what I'm doing.
I can't draw but I'm at least reading how to ( 15 minutes so far, ha) only because I have to.

It seems so simple but everything I come up with seems to look like something out of a childrens horror story.

I can NOT create 'cute and cudley' naturally it seems. But give them nightmare images? Oh yeah, I'm leaning that way. Not because that's a hidden talent of some kind, it's because I naturally suck at creating 'cute and cudley' I'm sure, lol.

So, let me share my attempts at a pixar like bird tonight, class 101 modelling. Or maybe kindergarten level actually. Pre-kindergarten? Crayon level? lol. That's where I'm at right now with the creation level.

Let the horror begin with...now, you see what I mean.

I put in an eye texture as a test and suddenly he does not look so mean. I kind of feel sorry for the little guy already haha, so I don't know.
Boy, do I have a lot to learn about this stuff.
Just wanted to share that with ya.
