Hey guys. Just finished the trailer for a short film we did last month. Shot it with my HMC150 and my sgpro. Love to hear your thoughts...

Very nice. As another poster at vimeo said "Feels like a feature". The editing was very good also. I want to see the final!

Interesting concept for a film.. I kind of had a similar idea a while back. Pretty nice execution... the only thing that I'd advise is to possibly loose the F bomb from the trailer. Hard to keep that in and not offend someone... even if the film would, a trailer has to have those objections out.. but that's just my opinion.
I also think a series of flashes of the action and altercation might be a nice way to punch up the end... and yes, it does look very interesting for sure. Congrats.

Thanks guys. And sorry about that Justyn - the language didn't even cross my mind. The trailer wasn't intended to hit theaters so I never really thought about "approving it for all audiences." Sorry if it offended anyone. I've since put a little disclaimer in the title...

Great job man, so stoked to see some really quality stuff from the HMC, I just got mine, and this really inspired me. Good idea and great cinematography/editing. Is the movie done?

Clean and sharp looks like you shot it at 1080p.
Personally I would lose the MB glow on some of the shots.
Hmmm to sgblade or not been thinking pondering about it for months now.

hmc/dvx/camera stuff aside, I want to watch this film.

Thanks a lot everybody. I really appreciate it. I'm really really pleased with how it's turned out. And the HMC/SGPro combo makes such great images for so little money. It's a great rig. I gotta see what that GH1 is all about next.
I'll be sure to let you guys know when the finished film is up!

Looks really good, man.
I love the HMC-150 and I'm glad to see more shorts shot on it (I personally think it trumps the HVX in terms of image quality)
