This is a shortened version of a highlight video I made for my Sons Lacrosse team. Shot in 720/60 some at 1/15th some 120th. Some Cinema 4D and After Effects.

The after effects was sweet. Why such a low shutter speed?

I used 120th for most of it and for the slo-mo. 1/15th gave some nice smears for the action. It's best if you can keep the subject larger in the frame and keep up with the pan to smear some background.

got ya.. I shoot paintball. And they travel 300fps..So it smears at 1/2000 ..lol
