Need Neo Scene help
I bought this program last night and downloaded it. I converted several folders of GH1 AVCHD files today, and then imported them into FCP 7. When I tried to view and work with them, I saw they all are full of watermarks, there was no audio, and FCP could not work with them. I have emailed CineForm several times, but they have not responded.
They did send me a serial number last night, and when I put that in the authenticate form, I get a message saying I will get a serial number within 48 hours. They have also send this,
Here is your challenge response to activate the CineForm codec for Intel Macs:
160xxxxxxxx (is this the serial number)?
When I put this number in the Authenticate screen, I get this response:
The License Key Was Rejected. Invalid parameters were sent to QuicklicenseRT by the application
If anyone has any suggestions, I would really appreciate seeing them.
