Duel Systems Adapter and 16GB P2 Card Problems

Hi,

So I have the adapter installed on my PC running Windows Vista and the adapter is not recognizing the p2 card. I tried installing the Panasonic P2 drivers but they will not install because they also cannot recognize the card connected to the computer. Can someone tell me how to get this all working correctly?
