What is the going rate for a freelance camera operator with your own gear,
specifically an hpx300 or in your case 301?

You know the typical setup, Camera, tripod, 3 light kit, 2 wireless etc...
How many hrs does your rate cover?

I know many thing have to be taken into account but just a ball park would be very much appreciated. I have someone in Berlin requesting a bid and I don't want to under or over bid.
